Work & Such started during the pandemic, when the working world flipped upside down and finding (or making sense of) a job felt harder than ever. What began as a way to help people navigate that chaos has grown into something a little broader: a space for honest takes, useful insights, and the occasional deep dive into how work actually shows up in our lives, on screen, in culture, and at our desks.

Here, career advice sits next to think pieces on why we’re all a little obsessed with Miranda Priestly. Practical insights from HBR and NYT-level research show up alongside The Office Christmas specials and painfully relatable corporate memes. We pull from different industries, different networks, and honestly, a lot of TV and film, because work isn’t just what we do, it’s baked into everything we watch, laugh at, and complain about.

Expect advice, experiences, and the odd deep dive: from burnout and boundaries to why every 2000s movie needed a terrifying female boss. Job postings may make a comeback depending on capacity, but for now, this is mostly a place to think, laugh, and commiserate about work, together.
